Refund Policy

 

All training sessions require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Because each class involves preparation, limited class size, and reserved range time, the following refund rules apply:

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class → Eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class → Non-refundable.

• No-shows → Non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours is not allowed and will require rebooking.

 

Weather & Safety

If severe weather or unsafe range conditions require cancelation, Precision Point Armory LLC will issue a free reschedule with no penalty.

 

Instructor Safety Removal

For safety reasons, any student demonstrating unsafe firearm handling, ignoring safety rules, or failing to follow instructor commands may be removed from the session without refund.

 

FOID Requirements (Illinois)

• Illinois residents bringing their own firearm must present a valid FOID card.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who holds a valid FOID card.
  Failure to meet FOID requirements will result in cancellation without refund.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied participation due to safety briefings being missed.
Late arrival is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
