Welcome to Precision Point Armory LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking any class, or participating in any training session, you (“you,” “student,” or “participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Legal Requirements

All participants must be legally permitted to possess, handle, or use a firearm under federal and state law.

Illinois residents bringing their own firearm must have a valid FOID card.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid FOID card.

Participants must present valid government-issued identification at the start of training.
2. Booking, Payment & Refunds
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your training slot.

All refund and cancellation rules are governed by our Refund Policy, located on this website.

No-show appointments, late arrivals, or violations of safety rules are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or availability at any time.
3. Safety Requirements & Conduct

All participants must follow the 4 Universal Safety Rules and all commands issued by the instructor.

Unsafe firearm handling, refusal to follow directions, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

Participants must wear proper safety equipment (eye/ear protection, closed-toe shoes, etc.).
-
No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants may be consumed before or during training.
-
Firearms must remain unloaded unless instructed otherwise by the instructor.

No live ammunition is allowed during dry-fire or classroom-only sessions.
4. Waivers & Assumption of Risk

All participants must complete and sign the required Liability Waiver before beginning any training.

Firearm training is a physical activity that involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree to voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearm handling, recoil, noise, movement, environmental conditions, and range activity.

Precision Point Armory LLC is not responsible for injuries, loss of property, negligence of other students, or actions taken outside the scope of training.
5. Minors in Training

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

The guardian must complete both the Minor Consent Form and the standard Liability Waiver.

The guardian is responsible for the conduct and safety of the minor during the session.
6. Equipment Requirements
-
Participants must bring safe, functional equipment appropriate for the class they are attending.

Holsters must be rigid, purpose-built, and safe (no soft, flexible, or collapsing holsters).

Precision Point Armory LLC may inspect equipment and may prohibit the use of any unsafe firearm, ammunition, or gear.
-
For dry-fire holster training: NO live ammo may be brought into the training area.
7. Rescheduling & Weather
-
We may reschedule any session affected by severe weather or unsafe range conditions.

Students will be offered the next available time slot at no additional cost.
-
Students cannot request refunds for weather-related rescheduling.
8. Media, Photos & Recordings
-
With your permission, photos or videos may be taken during training sessions.
-
External recording devices (phones, action cameras, etc.) require instructor approval.

All instructional material, diagrams, and documents remain the intellectual property of Precision Point Armory LLC.
9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All logos, text, images, graphics, and materials on this website are owned by Precision Point Armory LLC and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

You may not misuse the website, hack, extract content, or use automated tools to retrieve data.

Booking services may not be used for fraudulent, misleading, or non-training purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Point Armory LLC, its owners, and its instructors are not liable for:

Accidents caused by student negligence

Failure to follow safety commands

Injury due to misuse or malfunction of personal equipment

Weather or environmental hazards
-
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
Participation is voluntary and conducted at your own risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
